Science, learning, and writing

Cynthia H. Dadmun combines broad scientific expertise with a passion for education and experience with writing in a variety of media.

She earned a B.A. in molecular and cell biology and genetics from U.C. Berkeley, an award-winning Ph.D. in evolutionary and developmental biology from Indiana University, and experience as a postdoctoral researcher and P.I. at The Salk Institute, U.C. San Diego, and The Neurosciences Institute.

She has crafted lessons, curricula, summer camps, digital learning interactive experiences, and assessment questions for children and adults from preschool, through middle and high school, to college students and aspiring graduate students. She has written, reviewed, developmental edited, and copyedited research papers, grants, and educational materials.
